Overview

 

Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys and tigers.

Day 1

BANGALORE – MYSORE (150 Kms / 3 hrs)

Pickup from Bangalore Airport/Railway station proceed to Mysore enroute Visit Srirangapatna - Tippu Sultan's Island Capital, Palace, Fort. Upon arrival at Mysore check into Hotel. Afternoon visit Chamundeswari Temple, Maharaja's Palace and light & sound fountains at the Brindavan Garden – Overnight stay

Day 2

MYSORE – WAYANAD(131 Kms/3 hr)

After Breakfast proceed to Wayanad, one of the most beautiful hill stations in India. The drive itself is a unique experience, as you pass through a number of hair pin bends and turns, in the famous Thamarassery Mountain Pass, while enjoying the landscape and check into Hotel – Overnight stay

Day 3

WAYANAD LOCAL VISITS

Wayanad -the natural beauty, heritage and history will enthrall you as you visit places like Edakkal caves, Pookot Lake, and Muthanga wildlife safari. Tea estates and coffee plantations spread over the green mountains enroute to these destinations will be a feast to your eyes – Overnight stay

Day 4

WAYANAD – BANGALORE DROP(272 Kms/6 hrs)

After Breakfast and proceed to Bangalore and drop at Airport/Railway station
