Overview
Uttarakhand, formerly known as Uttaranchal, is a state in the northern part of India. It is often referred to as the "Devbhumi" due to its religious significance and numerous Hindu temples and pilgrimage centres found throughout the state. Uttarakhand is known for the natural environment of the Himalayas, the Bhabar and the Terai regions. It borders the Tibet Autonomous Region of China to the north; the Sudurpashchim Pradesh of Nepal to the east; the Indian states of Uttar Pradesh to the south and Himachal Pradesh to the west and north-west. The state is divided into two divisions, Garhwal and Kumaon with a total of 13 districts. The winter capital of Uttarakhand is Dehradun, the largest city of the state, which is a rail head. Gairsain, a town in Chamoli district is the summer capital of Uttarakhand. The High Court of the state is located in Nainital.

DELHI LOCAL VISITS – HARIDWAR(240 Kms/5 hrs)
Pickup and transfer to Hotel for freshup and Breakfast and then visit Qutab Minar, India Gate, Red Fort, Lotus Temple, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Birla Mandir, Rajghat, Sri Balaji Mandir [Lotus Temple, Indira Ghandi memorial & Red Fort will be closed on Monday]– overnight journey to Haridwar -
02 DAY-2
HARIDWAR-RISHIKESH- PIPALKOTI(218 Kms/5 hrs)
Early morning arrival at Haridwar after freshup and proceed to Rishikeshand then visit Ram Jhoola, Lakshman Jhoola, Geeta Ashram, Swarg Ashram, Shivanand Ashram, Geeta Bhawan and Paramarth Ashram and back to Haridwar have a holy dip in Ganges river at Hari-ki-Pauri and see Mansa Devi Temple by Ropeway (if time permits).Later drive to Pipalkoti upon arrival and check into Hotel– Overnight stay -

PIPALKOTI – BADRINATH
After Breakfast proceed to Badrinath (80KMS/4HRS), Evening Arrive check into Hotel and then visit Shri Badrinath ji, After Darsan / Breakfast proceed to vist Mana Village (the last village before Indo – Tibetan Border) – Overnight stay -

BADRINATH- BRAHMAKAPALAM- YOGADHYAN BADRI – VISHNUPRAYAG – JOSHI MUTT
After Breakfast vist Vishnu Temples and then proceed to Joshi Mutt and check into Hotel - Overnight -

JOSHIMUTT – BHAVISHYA BADRI – VRIDH BADRI – PIPALKOTI
After Breakfast visit Vishnu Temples and the proceed to Pipalkoti – Overnight stay -

You can visit Uttarakhand any time of the year. In summer, the state's mountains and meadows come alive with wild flowers and green carpets and treks are easy. You can also enjoy rafting and hot air ballooning in summer. In June to August, enjoy the unique beauty of the Valley of Flowers. In winter, expect dreamy snowfall and cozy warm evenings and also snow adventures. In winters during January, February & March snowfall is seen as an attraction on the various hill stations & various snow based activities.

During March to June, the weather in Uttarakhand is pleasant. During July to September, there is heavy rain. The weather gets colder and several parts witness snowfall during the months between October and February.
